Well, I said I'd be sharing some of the gifts that I made for Christmas, and this is the second style of bracelet that I've made using memory wire (for fans of purple, see Version #1).
It was a gift for my grandmother and once again gave me an opportunity to use some gorgeous but random beads, of which I sometimes only had one or two. Fun.

Upcycled Pen Pot
Hey everyone,
I made a few bits and pieces for Christmas presents that I'll post about over the coming weeks, but for now I'm sharing a pen pot that I made for my mum out of cards that she didn't want to throw away, a tin can, and stripped-out piece of electrical wire (it was a spare piece, I don't recommend you chop it off the toaster). It looks really good when the pieces of card are stitched together with a zigzag stitch on projects like these and would be really easy to personalise - it was all stuck together with a little patience and a lot of hot glue.
So, if anyone wants to have a bash at this project or has One They Made Earlier, send us a photo!
Happy crafting

December Challenge - Warhol Journal
Well, better late than never...maybe it's a good thing I stamped watch faces all over my make!
Happy New Year everybody, hope you enjoy a creative and prosperous year ahead.
I wanted a little journal for 2012, mainly to record the best part of each day...365 happinesses. So here is my offering for the last challenge of 2011, inspired by pop art, and finally finished. Somebody around here needs to practise Zuttering in a BIG way :)
